    Ingredients to make Raw Mango Pickle:

    Raw mangoes-10 medium sized, cumin powder-2 tsb, turmeric powder- ½ tsp, jaggery-½ cup, red chili powder- 1 tsb and salt-1 tsp

    Steps to make Raw Mango Pickle:

    1. Wash, peel and cut the raw mangoes.

    2. Marinate the mango pieces with turmericand salt and sun dry for 3 days.

    3. Make jaggery syrup using little amount of water and mango piecies, cumin powder and red chilli powder.

    Close the lid and keep it under sun for two weeks. Enjoy your mango pickle with your family.
