    Ingredients to make Restaurant Style Egg Biryani:

    1 cup rice (basmati), 4-5 boiled eggs (make few slits), 1 medium tomato chopped, 1 medium thinly sliced onions, 1 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves each, whole garam masala (1 bay leaf, 2 cloves, 1 inch cinnamon stick, 2 green cardamom, 1 star anise), ½ tsp. biryani masala, 3 tbsp. fresh curd, ½ tsp. cumin seeds, ¼ tsp. turmeric, ½ tsp. red chilli, 1 tsp. coriander powder, 1½ tsp. ghee, ½ tsp. oil, ½ tsp. ginger garlic paste, salt to taste.

    Steps to make Restaurant Style Egg Biryani:

    1. Wash and soak the rice for 30 minutes. Boil eggs and keep aside.

    2. Heat a pressure cooker with ghee and oil. Add whole garam masala and sauté for few minutes add onions and fry till golden.

    3. Add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes off.

    4. Now add tomatoes, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder and coriander powder, few mint leaves and cook till the tomatoes turn mushy.

    5. Add biryani masala powder and sauté till the mixture thickens.

    6. Pour water and bring to boil add rice and the deshelled eggs, stir and close the lid and cook on a very low flame for about 5 minutes and switch off before it whistles to prevent it from becoming mushy.

    7. Fluff up the egg biryani.

    Prepare today and serve the yummy Egg Biryani with raita.
