Rice flakes is a healthy and easy to prepare dish. It’s ideal to stock this in large quantity as it will come in handy when you are wondering what to prepare for dinner or breakfast. Rice flakes are filling and good source of iron.

1 cup rice flakes, 2 teaspoons urad dal, 1 teaspoon groundnuts, 1 cup chopped onions, 1 teaspoon oil
1. Soak one cup of rice flakes in hot water for 10 minutes.
2. After 10 minutes, drain the water and keep aside.
3. In a pan , heat one teaspoon of oil.
4. Add urad dal and when it splutters, add ground nuts.
5. Add the chopped onions and cook till they turn translucent.
6. Add the rice flakes and mix well.
Rice Flakes Chuwda is now ready to be served. It tastes best when served hot.
