    Ingredients to make Roasted Phool Makhana:

    2 cups phool makhana(lotus seeds), 3 tsp ghee, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, salt as per taste

    Steps to make Roasted Phool Makhana:

    1. Take 2 cups of phool makhana and heat some ghee in a pan.

    2. Add phool makhan to this hot ghee and roast them on low flame for few minutes.

    3. Once the phool makhana turns crispy, then add 1 tsp of ghee again and also add spices to it.

    4. Switch off the flame and then mix the makhana and spices well.

    Serve it immediately and store them in an airtight container.
