Rohu Fish Kalia is a wonderful combination of yumminess and health. It is protein-dense, and hence, very healthy for your little one.

500 gms Rohu fish (Cut into 7 to 8 slices), 250 gms curd, 1 onion, 1 potato chopped, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, salt, sugar
1. Wash and cut the fish into slices. Mix salt and heat oil in a pan and fry the fish pieces.
2. Blend onion, ginger garlic paste into a fine paste.
3. Fry the potatoes.
4. Beat the curd to get a uniform paste and add to the masala. Stir well and add a tsp. of sugar. Cook for 5 to 6 minute with continuous stirring.
5. Add the fish pieces and garam masala. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve to your child with plain rice.
