Sada Besara is a very healthy dish for your kid with pumpkin and saag as its prime ingredients. It is rich in healthy carbs and proteins.

    Ingredients to make Sada Besara:

    250 gm pumpkin, 50 gm poi saag, 2tbsp mustard seeds, 10 to 12 garlic, 2 to 3 green chiles, 1 tsp jeera, 250 gm potato, 300 gm eggplant, 200 gm saru, 1 six-inch piece manja, 150 gm onion, 1 tsp haldi, 1 tsp red chili powder, salt as per taste, 2 tbsp oil, 6 badi bhaja, 2 dry red chili

    Steps to make Sada Besara:

    1. Soak mustard seeds and jeera and garlic with water. Set aside for an hour and then grind into a paste.

    2. Wash and cut vegetables into half inch size. Grate manja into fine pieces. Wash poi saag into big pieces and set aside. 3. Heat a pan and put vegetables, and cook until half cooked.

    4. Add mustard seeds, then the masala paste, poi saag, and red chili powder.

    5. Cook all under low flame with covered lid. When the vegetables are completely cooked, take it off the flame.

    6. In another pan, put oil, red chili, onions, and cook. Put the veggies and the badi also. Close the lid.

    Serve this dish to your little one warm.
