Sada mohura is a very healthy dish. With bananas, eggplant, and pumpkin as prime ingredients, this one is an apt. dish for breakfast, rich in carbohydrates and proteins.

    Ingredients to make Sada Mohura:

    2 green bananas, 100gm taro root, 100gm desi aloo, 200gm eggplant, 250gm pumpkin, 1tsp turmeric, 2 tbsp mustard seeds, 2 tbsp fennel seeds, 6 dry red chillis

    Steps to make Sada Mohura:

    1. Soak mustard seeds, fennel seeds and dry red chillis in water. Grind to a fine paste.

    2. Cut vegetables into medium size.

    3. Add 1 tsp ghee to a pan and stir in the vegetables. When they are half cooked, add the masala paste, haldi, and salt.

    4. Heat ghee in a separate pan, add red chiles, mustard seeds, fennel seeds. When they splutter, add it to the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.

    Serve this dish and relish it.
