Drumstick leaves are an abundant source of carotene, vitamin C and calcium while moong dal is rich in protein. Sajana Saaga with Nadia, is a heavenly dish where drumstick leaves and boiled moong dal are flavoured with garlic and coconut.

    Ingredients to make Sajana Saaga with Nadia:

    4 cups sajana saaga, ½ cup grated coconut, 1 cup boiled moong dal, 1 tsp garlic, ½ conion, salt as per taste, 2 tsp chilli powder, 2 tsp oil

    Steps to make Sajana Saaga with Nadia:

    1. In a pan, put oil. Once warm, add finely chopped garlic and onion. Saute till golden brown.

    2. Add boiled moong dal and drumstick leaves. Cook till half done.

    3. Add coconut and cook the saga till it is completely done on medium heat.

    Hot and yummy Sajana Saaga with Nadia is ready to be relished by your child. Enjoy!
