Indulge with something sweet yet healthy with our recipe for Sandah Guri. This tasty dish is full of nutrients like protein, calcium, vitamin C, and vitamin D.

½ cup rice soaked for 2 hours, 2 cups curd, 1 tbsp grated jaggery, ½ tsp ghee, 1 tbsp soaked raisins
1. Wash and soak rice for 2 hours. Drain and dry thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
2. Dry roast rice over medium heat, stirring constantly, till crisp and brownish in color.
3. Cool and grind rice to a coarse flour.
4. Mix the rice flour, curd, raisins and jaggery well. Drizzle with ghee and serve hot or cold.
