Pack your child's tiffin with this healthy and tasty Sandwich Uttapa. Stuffed with multi-veggies, this sandwich is rich in anti-oxidants and fibre.

    Ingredients to make Sandwich Uttapa:

    2 cups dosa batter, ½ cup green garlic chutney, ½ cup coconut chutney, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomatoes, 1 capsicum diced, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp garam masala, salt to taste, butter for cooking

    Steps to make Sandwich Uttapa:

    1. Heat tawa and pour half dosa batter and spread it like a uttapam.

    2. Pour little butter; spread green garlic chutney and coconut chutney evenly.

    3. Spread onion, tomatoes, capsicum, chilli powder, garam masala, salt evenly on uttapa and press it lightly.

    4. Pour ½ cup of batter over veggies and spread evenly and let it cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.

    5. Sprinkle butter again and flip the side. Cook from both sides.

    Serve hot with coconut chutney or ketchup.
