Be innovative and try this stuffed paratha recipe. This is a comfort food from Bihar, rich in protein and fiber.

1 cup sattu, 1 medium onion chopped, ½ tsp. garlic and ginger paste, 1 chili slit, salt to taste, 2 tbsp. oil, 1 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves, ½ tsp lemon juice
Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and use them as stuffing for the parathas as any other regular parathas.
Serve them for breakfast, snack, or dinner.
