2 eggs, 1 tsp pepper, salt as per taste, 2 tbsp milk to add in eggs
1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Add milk and whisk well.
2. Add salt and pepper.
3. Heat butter in a pan and pour the egg mixture. Keep stirring the eggs until thickened or cooked.
4. Place the scrambled eggs onto theserving dish.
You can add cheese and coriander leaves to add a burst of flavour.
