Try out this simple, nutritious, and flavorful chutney for your kiddo. Coconut is rich in fibre, vitamins C, E, B1, B3, B5, and B6, and minerals including iron, selenium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorous. Sesame seeds are an excellent source of copper, manganese, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, molybdenum, vitamin B1, selenium, and dietary fiber.

1 cup freshly grated coconut, 3 tbsp sesame seeds (til), 2 tbsp roasted peanuts, 1 tbsp tamarind, 3 whole dry Kashmiri red chiles, 2-3 garlic cloves, and salt to taste
1. Deseed and break the red chiles.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a mixer jar and grind to a smooth paste with some water.
Serve the Sesame Coconut Chutney with south Indian snacks like uttapam, idli, and dosa. Enjoy!
