    Ingredients to make Shahi Kaju:

    1 onion, 1 cup kaju, 1 cup curd, ½ cup grated khoya, 2 tbsp ghee salt as required, coriander leaves to garnish

    Steps to make Shahi Kaju:

    1. Firstly chop the onion, then put a pan on medium flame and heat ghee in it.

    2. Add chopped onions and fry for 4 to 5 minutes.

    3. Then grind them to smooth paste. Again put in pan, add beaten curd and roasted khoya and cook for another 5 minutes.

    4. Pour 1/2 cup of water in the pan and cook for a minute.

    Add salt and garnish with coriander leaves.
