Chinese dishes are loaded with veggies and are super healthy. This dish can provide vitamins and proteins and can be consumed as a healthy side dish. It is spicy and yummy. You can serve it with noodles or fried rice.

    Ingredients to make Shanghai Stir Fry:

    ½ cup carrot, ½ cup shredded cabbage, ½ chopped zucchini, 3 to 4 baby corns, 3 spoon chopped spring onions, 1 spoon soy sauce, sugar as per taste, oil as required, salt as per taste

    Steps to make Shanghai Stir Fry:

    1. Heat the oil in a pan. Add the cabbage and carrot and fry it till smooth.

    2. Then add the zucchini and baby corns and mix it.

    3. Then put 1 spoon sugar and a pinch of salt and stir it.

    4. After that, mix the soy sauce in the veggies and mix it well so that the aroma comes out well.

    5. At last, add the spring onions. After 3 minutes turn off the gas.

    6. Place it in a plate and serve hot.

    Spicy Shanghai Fry is all set to be served as a side dish.
