Shepu /dill leaves have medicinal properties and are known to boost the immune system and protect against bone-degradation as they are a rich source of calcium.

1 cup Shepu leaves chopped, 1 cup wheat flour, 2 tbsp. rice flour, ½ cup curd, 2 tbsp. ghee, 1 egg white, ½ cup grated coconut, ½ cup grated jaggery, a pinch of cooking soda, water as required.
1. Beat egg white in a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except ghee and get the batter to pancake consistency.
2. Heat pan and grease with 1 tsp. ghee and pour a big ladle full of the batter. on the pan and slightly spread it. Do not spread like the regular dosas.
3. Fry the pancake on both sides until they are golden brown.
4. Apply ghee on top of it and serve hot.
Prepare for today’s breakfast and delight yourself.
