This is an ideal breakfast dish, which gives protein and vitamins and keeps away from fat. It is healthy and quite easy to prepare, loaded with vitamins and proteins.

2 eggs, 1 small cubed cheese, 1 spoon pepper, salt as per taste
1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add salt to it. Mix it properly.
2. Then hit the pan with oil and pour the mixture.
3. Mix it in the pan, when it looks like cooked grate the cheese on it.
4. Then turn off the gas and place it in a plate with sprinkling pepper.
Serve it hot with bread and enjoy being fit.
