Soupy mushroom has it's main ingredient as button mushrooms which has wide range of nutritional benefits. These ordinary mushrooms are super dense with nutrients, having more copper, potassium, protein and selenium. They're also a good source of phosphorus, zinc, niacin and pantothenic acid, especially when you cook them and eat more than one cup at a time. The aroma and taste of this soup is unbeatable which makes it very popular.

    Ingredients to make Soupy Mushroom:

    Button mushrooms-1 cup, onion- ½ cup, milk- 1 cup, coriander leaves-few, black pepper-to taste, and salt-to taste

    Steps to make Soupy Mushroom:

    1. Wash and chop the mushroom and onion.

    2. In a saucepan, add milk and let it boil and then add chopped mushroom and onion to it.

    3. Add black pepper and salt to it. Simmer uncovered until flavors are blended, for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally on medium flame. Add water if required.

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
