Soyabean is an amazing source of protein. Along with maida, which is a good source of carbohydrates, you can prepare delicious soyabean mathri.

    Ingredients to make Soyabean Mathri:

    1.5 cups maida, 1 cup soyabean flour, 2 tsp carom seeds, oil for kneading and frying, salt to taste

    Steps to make Soyabean Mathri:

    1. In a mixing bowl, add maida and soyabean flour. Add 1 tbsp oil and mix well.

    2. Add carom seeds and salt. Add water little by little and make a hard dough.

    3. Make small balls of the dough and roll them each to the size of a small puri.

    4. Prick these mathri using a fork and fry on medium flame till they turn crisp and golden.

    Delicious and nutritious Soyabean Mathri is ready to be relished by your child. Enjoy!
