Spiced Chuda is a yummy crispy snack, which your child can munch on any day. It is made of poha and rice puffs. Poha is rich in iron and good for health as well.

2 cups poha, 1 cup rice puffs, 1 cup roasted chana, 1 cup roasted peanuts, ¼ cup kishmish, ½ cup potato chips, ½ teaspoon turmeric powder, ½ teaspoon cumin powder, ½ teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, salt to taste, 2 teaspoon sugar, 2 green chiles, ½ teaspoon cumin seeds, ½ teaspoon black mustard seeds, oil as required.
1. Heat oil, roast the poha till it is crispy, and keep it aside.
2. Roast the rice puffs and keep aside.
3. Roast chana dal with little oil and keep aside.
4. Heat oil in a kadai. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and all other spices.
5. Add poha, chana dal, kishmish, and peanuts.
6. Add sugar, chaat masala, salt, and mix well.
7. Add the crushed potato chips.
Keep it in an air tight container once it cools down. Munch and enjoy the snack any time!
