Spicy Chicken 65 Curry

This sticky, spicy chicken 65 curry is deliciously sweet. Your champ will just love the taste and lick it off his fingers. Chicken is rich in protein, vitamin B6 and phosphorus, niacin.

    Ingredients to make Spicy Chicken 65 Curry:

    4 chicken thighs, 1 medium onion chopped, 1 tsbp. Chopped coriander leaves,1/3 cup dry curry leaves, ½ cup curd, salt to taste, 1 tsp. ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp. soya sauce and vinegar.

    Steps to make Spicy Chicken 65 Curry:

    1. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan over medium-high heat and place the cleaned and dried chicken thighs and heat them brown on both sides, flipping only once. Keep it aside.

    2. Reduce heat to medium- low and add chopped onions and sauté for 2 minutes until golden, add ginger garlic and continue to sauté till the raw smell disappears.

    3. Add curd, curry leaves and chicken, soya sauce and vinegar, and mix them well and sauté.

    4. Simmer the flame and cook for 20 minutes or more until the chicken is cooked and tender and the curry is thickened.

    Prepare it today and serve your champ with rotis.
