Your child will enjoy this spicy dish. It is simple and quick to prepare. This one is also high in calcium, iron, and fiber.

Ingredients to make Spicy Gavar Bhaji:
½ cup chopped cluster beans (gavarfali), 2 chopped Onions, 1 cup potatoes peeled and cubed, ½ cup chopped tomatoes, ½ tsp. cumin seeds powder, ¼ tsp. turmeric powder (haldi), ½ tsp. chilli powder, 1 tsp. oil, Salt to taste.
Steps to make Spicy Gavar Bhaji:
1. Add all the ingredients including oil in a thick pan and cook on low flame.
2. Sauté for 3-4 minutes and sprinkle water and mix, cover the lid and simmer until the veggies are well cooked, while stirring occasionally.
Serve hot to your child with steamed rice or rotis.
