Smoothies are the best way to include plenty of nutrients to your kiddo’s diet. Spinach is a rich source of vitamin K, iron, vitamin C, and folate, whereas banana is easy to digest, controls diarrhea, treats constipation, helps in reducing skin inflammation, etc

1½ cups coconut milk, 1 frozen banana, 1 tbsp chia seeds, and 2 cups spinach leaves
1. Place the banana, spinach and coconut milk into the blender and puree for 15-20 seconds.
2. Blend it well so that there are no more pieces of spinach seen in the smoothie.
3. Sprinkle some chia seeds over it.
4. Taste and adjust the smoothie before adding the ice cubes
Pour into a glass and serve it fresh.
