Ensure you take a satisfying meal by this healthy sprouts soup before lunch or dinner. This soup is made from sprouts, which is a rich source of calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, copper, manganese, riboflavin, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, thiamine, niacin, pantothenic acid, folate, Vitamin K and dietary fibre.

Ingredients: ½ cup sprouts, 1 cup finely chopped carrots, capsicum, beans, bottle gourd, pumpkin, pepper powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, 1 tsp. butter , 1 tsp. chopped garlic, coriander leaves.
Steps:
1. Steam the sprouts and mixed vegetables. Later, grind them into a smooth puree.
2. Heat a little oil in a pan, add the chopped garlic and sauté. Now pour water into the pan and bring it to a boil.
3. Add salt and a pinch of turmeric powder. Switch off the flame and add the puree.
4. Mix well and sprinkle pepper and cumin powder. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
