This dish called Steam Bread Chaat made using whole wheat bread is beneficial for health as it contains B vitamins and fiber, which is needed for metabolic activities and easy digestion. Paneer contains calcium and protein which is needed for healthy bones.

Slices of brown bread-4, paneer-50gms, thick curd -25gms, onions -15gms, tomatoes -20gms, grated carrot -25gms, sev-15gms, coriander leaves –to garnish, salt to taste, cumin powder to taste, garam masala to taste
1. Crumble the brown bread, add chopped onions, paneer, tomatoes and grated carrot mix well.
2. Add the cumin powder,garam masala and salt to taste.
3. Add curd on top of this mixture.
4. Garnish with coriander leaves and sev on top.
