    Ingredients to make Stuffed Banana Paratha:

    1 cup chopped ripe bananas, 2 cups rice flour, ¼ cup grated jaggery, ½ tsp. cardamom powder, required oil and ghee.

    Steps to make Stuffed Banana Paratha:

    1. Combine banana, jaggery, cardamom powder with ¼ cup water in a pan and cook on a medium flame while stirring constantly until the jaggery is completely dissolved.

    2. Take the rice flour in a mixing bowl and pour the hot banana mixture into the rice flour and mix with a ladle as the banana mixture is hot. After it is cooled, knead it to soft dough using oil.

    3. Make them into equal balls and pat them into parathas on a greased banana leaf or sheet.

    4. Heat tava and cook the paratha using ghee until golden brown spots appear on both the sides.

    Serve hot to your child to enjoy the taste of this paratha.
