Stuffed with dry mixture of gahat dal and other spices this chapati is perfect for making your child's breakfast a real delicious one. It is also rich in antioxidants that keeps our body healthy by keeping stones and low blood pressure at bay.

    Ingredients to make Stuffed Gahat Chapattis:

    1 kg wheat flour, 300 gm mandua flour, 1 gm ajwain, 150 gm gahat (Kulath dal)

    Steps to make Stuffed Gahat Chapattis:

    1. Boil the overnight soaked gahat dal into the pressure cooker for 10 minutes.

    2. Now, make a paste of boiled dal in a grinder.

    3. Mix wheat and mandua flour together and knead well with water.

    4. In the dal paste mix ajwain and salt.

    5. Take the dough and roll into small balls.

    6. Now roll each ball with the rolling pin and stuff each with the dal mixture.

    7. Now, roll it into a chapati and cook from both the sides on the tawa.

    Cook them crisp and serve hot with chutney or pickle.
