On the lookout for a new breakfast/snack recipe? We have for you a super-simple and nutritious recipe - Stuffed Puri. These are loaded with carbohydrates and fibre.

1 cup water chestnut flour (Singhare ka atta), 1 tbsp oil, 2 tsp ajwain, 1/4 cup chopped coriander, 1/4 cup potatoes boiled and mashed, salt to taste, water for kneading, oil for deep-frying
1. Mix all the ingredients (except oil for deep frying), adding water little by little to make a dough.
2. Roll small puris from the dough.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan & fry puris until golden brown. Serve immediately.
