Suji dahi pitha is a kind of spicy uthappam made from suji and curd. It is rich in iron and calcium and is perfect as a breakfast option.

    Ingredients to make Suji Dahi Pitha:

    1 cup suji, curd as per requirement(to soak suji), green chillies chopped, dhania leaves chopped, 1 onion chopped, oil for frying, salt to taste

    Steps to make Suji Dahi Pitha:

    1. Take suji in a deep bowl. Add curd to it and mix well to make a smooth batter. It should not be too watery.

    2. Add salt, chopped onion, green chillies and dhania leaves to it. Mix well.

    3. Heat a tawa and spread some oil on it. Pour a ladle full of batter over it and spread it like an uthappam.

    4. Once cooked from one side flip it and cook from other side.

    Serve hot with dip of your child's choice.
