Sunflower Seeds make a delicious and nutritious snack for your child to munch on in between the meals. Sunflower Seeds are high in vitamin E, manganese, and anti-oxidants.

1 cup sunflower seeds, water, salt to sprinkle or mixed herb spice powder
1. Rinse sunfower seeds with cold water to remove any small debris.
2. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
3. Spread seeds on a baking dish. Roast the seeds for 30 minutes or till the seeds turn brown and crispy.
4. You can roast the seeds on medium flame in a skillet as well.
5. Spinkle little salt and mixed her powder on roasted seeds.
To give it a sweet taste, toss them in melted honey.
