    Ingredients for Sunflower Seeds for Kids:

    1 cup sunflower seeds, water, salt to sprinkle or mixed herb spice powder

    Steps to make Sunflower Seeds for Kids:

    1. Rinse sunfower seeds with cold water to remove any small debris.

    2. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

    3. Spread seeds on a baking dish. Roast the seeds for 30 minutes or till the seeds turn brown and crispy.

    4. You can roast the seeds on medium flame in a skillet as well.

    5. Spinkle little salt and mixed her powder on roasted seeds.

    To give it a sweet taste, toss them in melted honey.
