Sweet Corn and Potato Bake is a fast, easy, and delicious dish, a perfect combination of potatoes, cheese, and corn. You will love having cheesy, milky, gooey flavour in his mouth. The dish is rich in fibre and carbohydrates.

    Ingredients to make Sweet Corn and Potato Bake:

    3 tbsp butter, 3/4 cup breadcrumbs, 4-5 garlic cloves finely chopped, salt as needed, 1 tsp pepper, ½ cup milk, 1 cup boiled sweet corns, 2 cup boiled potato cubes

    Steps to make Sweet Corn and Potato Bake:

    1. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan; add garlic cloves and saute for a minute.

    2. Add potatoes, corn, milk, salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes.

    3. Transfer this mixture on to a greased baking sheet. Spread breadcrumbs over it then remaining butter. Cover with grated cheese.

    4. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degress C for 10-12 minutes or till cheese melts and turns little golden brown.

    Serve this steaming hot with main course.
