    Ingredients to make Tal er Pitha:

    2 cups rice flour, ¼ cup flour, 2 cups sugar, 2 cups palm fruit sap, 2 cups water, 2 cups of oil for deep frying

    Steps to make Tal er Pitha:

    1. To extract Palm Fruit sap, extract the palm fruit kernels. Pour 2 tbsp water on the kernels and squash them well so that the juice comes out. Collect it in a bowl.

    2. Mix 2 cups of water, rice flour, flour and palm fruit sap to form a loose batter.

    3. Heat oil and drop small portions of the batter into the oil. Fry until deep brown and serve hot.
