Tangy sweet chutney is a yummy side dish. This can be served with hot phulkas or smeared on the parathas. Tomatoes contain good amounts of vitamin C, which helps in fighting infections. It also contains fiber, which aids digestion. Jaggery added in the recipe contains significant amounts of iron, which helps in preventing anemia.
