Tangy Mushroom Soup has its main ingredient as mushrooms, which are loaded with multiple health benefits being a good source of zinc and phosporus among many others. Tomato ketchup provides a tangy flavour to this soup and added vegetables and spices makes it a wholesome food for your kid.

    Ingredients to make Tangy Mushroom Soup:

    Mushrooms-1 cup, black pepper-1/4 cup, soy sauce-½ tbs, water-2 cups, oil-1 tbsp, capsicum-1 small, onion-1 small, tomato ketchup-1 tbsp, vinger-1/4 tsb, sugar-½ tsp and salt-1/4 tsp

    Steps to make Tangy Mushroom Soup:

    1. Wash and chop mushroom, onion and capcimun.

    2. Heat oil in asauce pan and add black pepper, onion and capsicum. Stir and cook for 5 minutes, then add mushrooms and cook for next 5 minutes on medium flame.

    3. Add water and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

    4. Add soyasauce, tomato ketchup, sugar and little vinegar. Stir well for 2 minutes.

    Turn off the flame and serve hot.
