It is a spiced curry that is made from watermelon’s rind and is very healthy for your kids. It has a spicy flavor and your kids will like it for sure.

4 cups watermelon rind cut into ½ inch piece, 2 tbs ghee, 1 inch ginger chopped, ½ green chilli minced, 5 minced garlic cloves, ½ tsp cumin seeds, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp amchur powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp garam masala, ½ tsp salt
1. Take ghee and add cumin seeds, garlic, green chilli and ginger to it.
2. Roast them for some time.
3.Add watermelon rind and stir fry for few minutes. Now add pepper, coriander powder, amchur, red chilli powder, turmeric and salt. Cook it covered for 10 minutes.
4. Once the rind is soft and dry, add garam masala and give a good mix.
Your sabzi is ready to be served hot with rotis.
