    250 ml milk, 3 eggs beaten, 125g flour, oil, for frying

    Steps to make Paper Pancakes:

    1. Whisk together the milk, eggs, and flour till smooth. Leave to rest for 15 minutes.

    2. Place a non-stick pan over low heat and drizzle in a little oil.
