Try out this delicious, creamy, and tangy chutney and serve it with snacks as side dish. Tomatoes are a great source of vitamin C, potassium, folate, and vitamin K, whereas ground nuts contain biotin, copper, niacin, folate, manganese, vitamin E, thiamin, phosphorus, and magnesium

2 cup roasted peanuts, 10 chopped green chili, 2 tsp cumin seeds, 2 teaspoon mustard seeds, 5 curry leaves, 4 tbsp mustard oil, 2 cup finely chopped tomatoes,10 chopped red chili, 2 tsp urad dal, 5 cloves chopped garlic, and 4 pinches of salt
1. Take a pan and heat oil in it. Add cumin seeds and saute for 30 seconds on medium flame.
2. Add the green chillies, tomatoes, garlic and red chiles. Mix it well and fry for 2-3 minutes.
3. Switch off the flame. In a grinder add this mixture along with peanuts, salt and sprinkle some water. Blend into a thick paste.
4. Heat little oil in a frying pan. Fry the mustard seeds, curry leaves and urad dal for 30 seconds.
5. Pour this over the chutney and mix.
Serve with idli or dosa.
