Tawa Paneer

Prepare Tawa Paneer, which makes for a perfect lunch or dinner recipe to serve to your kid. Paneer is rich in calcium and when blended with spices, everyone craves for it and loves it even more.

    Ingredients to make Tawa Paneer:

    6-7 paneer cubes, 2 onion chopped, 1 tomato chopped, 1 capsicum, 1 tsp carom seeds, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp amchur powder, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, salt to taste, oil

    Steps to make Tawa Paneer:

    1. Heat 2 tbsp oil on a tawa. Add carom seeds and let them crackle. Now add onions to the same panand saute till they turn translucent.

    2. Add ginger-garlic paste along with capsicum and green chillies and saute for 3-4 minutes over medium flame.

    3. Now, add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, amchur powder and saute till the butter starts leaving the sides of tawa.

    4. Add little water if gravy looks so dry. Now add paneer cubes and stir well over medium flame. Add dried fenugreek leaves.

    5. Cover the tawa with lid and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Remove from flame.

    Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
