Teertha prasad is popularly known as Kesari Bath in the southern India and Sheera/Kada in the northern parts of India. This is simple yet simply delicious to enjoy every scoop of it.

1 cup roasted suji, 3 tbsp. ghee, 1 cup milk, 1½ cup water, 1 cup sugar, 2 tbsp dry fruits
1. In a pan, heat 1 tsp. ghee and roast the dry fruits and remove them in a small bowl.
2. In the same pan, fry the suji until a nice aroma arises. Remove and keep aside.
3. In the same pan bring water and milk to rolling boil, stir in 1 tbsp. ghee, and add suji without reducing the flame and stirring continuously.
4. When the suji is cooked, add sugar and keep stirring continuously (stir to avoid lumps) and in between add little by little ghee and stir until the suji comes as a whole without sticking in the pan.
5. Remove from heat, transfer into a bowl and garnish with roasted dry fruits.
Serve it to relish the sweet yummy taste of Teertha prasad.
