    Ingredients to make Thambou Singju:

    Thambou/Kamal Kakdi/Lotus Root sliced, cabbage finely chopped, spring onion finely chopped, Toningkhok (Houttuynia cordata- roots and leaves) a manipuri herb finely chopped, thoiding asuba/ground sesame seeds, besan, lightly roasted, chili, salt to taste.

    Steps to make Thambou Singju:

    1. Add all ingredients. Mix well.

    2. Garnish with coriander leaves.

    Serve Thambou Singju and love this delicacy.
