Ting Momo

This is one of the yummiest recipe which your kiddo will relish as Ting momos are extremely soft and spongy.

    Ingredients to make Ting Momo:

    1½ cups flour/maida, 1 tbsp oil, 2 teaspoons sugar, ½ tbsp baking powder, salt-to taste, 1 tbsp instant yeast, and 2 tbsp sugar

    Steps to make Ting Momo:

    1. Mix all the ingredients with warm water into soft dough. Rest for 2-3 hours.

    2. Roll up the dough fairly tightly andshape it into rose shaped wrap.

    3. Heat water in a steamer. Grease the momos plate and place the rolls in the plate. Steam for 15-20 minutes or till they are puffy, firm, and cooked.

    4. Transfer them into a serving plate.

    Serve Ting Momo hot along with soup or hot red chutney.
