    Ingredients to make Tiyakhor Khar:

    Cucumber-2 (500) gms, mustard oil 2 tbsp, Fenugreek seeds, a pinch garlic cloves, 6 fresh chiles, salt and sugar to taste, kolakhar (indigenous soda) 1 tbsp, ginger paste 2 tsps To garnish: fresh red chillies

    Steps to make Tiyakhor Khar:

    1. Peel, wash and dice the cucumber. Heat oil in a pan.

    2. Add fenugreek seeds. Add garlic, cucumber, and green chiles. Sprinkle salt and sugar. Stir well for about half a minute. Reduce heat. Add kolakhar and stir.

    3. Cover and cook. Stir occaasionally. When done, remove from fire.

    Garnish with mustard oil and a chili. Serve to your kid with rice and see him enjoy the dish.
