Satisfy your dessert craving with this super-simple and nutritious Tom & Jerry Pudding made from mangoes! Mangoes are loaded with vitamins, minerals, and fiber. So this is the healthiest dessert you can make.

3 cups milk, 2 cups mango pulp, 3 tbsp sugar, 4 cardamoms, 1 tsp custard powder, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1/2 cup chopped mixed fruits
1. Simmer the milk and sugar on medium heat with cardamoms added to it, till it is reduced by one-third.
2. Mix the custard powder with a little water, add to the milk and stir well. Add the vanilla essence.
3. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Remove the cardamom pods.
4. Blend the milk and mango pulp in a mixer till smooth.
5. Add fruits. Mix well and chill. Serve cold.
