    Ingredients to make Tricolour Uttapam:

    1 cup dosa batter, 3 small onions chopped, 2 large tomatoes chopped, 1/4 cup boiled sweet corns kernels, 1 capsicum finely chopped, 2 grated carrots, 2 tsp lemon juice, salt to taste, 2 tbsp oil, oil for cooking

    Steps to make Tricolour Uttapam:

    1. Heat oil in a pan, add the onions and saute it. Add tomatoes, salt and stir fry it. Remove from flame.

    2. Place corns, carrot and capsicum in separate bowls. Mix salt and lemon in each bowl.

    3. Heata dosa tawa and pour a ladle full of batter on it.

    4. Spread 1 tbsp of the onion-tomato mixture in it. Spread corns, capsicum, carrot mixture on top of it evenly.

    5. Cook from both sides and serve.

    Serve with coconut chutney.
