Tsap Thuk is an exotic dish from Ladakh, made from flour of germinated barley along with vegetables. It is good to consume this soup especially in the winter. Barley's fiber, potassium, folate, and vitamin B6 content, coupled with its lack of cholesterol, all support a healthy heart.
