Rice flour – 1 cup, wheat flour – ½ cup, ripe banana mashed – 2, jaggery – 3/4 cup, water – 1–1.5 cups, salt to taste, baking soda – ½ tsp, oil– for deep-frying
1. Mix together rice flour, wheat flour, mashed banana, salt and jaggery. Add water till it forms a pourable batter.
2. Add baking soda, mix well, and set aside for 10 – 15 minutes.
3. Heat oil and drop spoonfuls of batter in. Fry till golden brown and serve hot.
