The Urad Dal Chura is an authentic recipe of Odisha. These are made with urad dal badiyan. Little spicy in taste, it is rich in protein as well.

1 cup urad dal vadiyan, 1 large onion chopped, 5-6 cloves of garlic, green chillies chopped, salt as per taste, mustard oil
1. Heat a fry pan and fry vaidyan till reddish in colour. Let it cool.
2. Mix vadi, onion, garlic, chilli, salt, and 1 tsp of mustard oil. Grind it coarsely.
Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
