This is the refreshing drink which is perfect to serve to your kiddo during summers specially in scorching heat. Fennel has the cooling effect which helps to ease the heat. Fennel is popularly known for its numerous benefits like providing relief for colic and constipation, helps in digestion and contains antimicrobial properties. Raisins are full of natural sugars and great energy boosters. They are also rich in iron, potassium, and calcium.

1/4 cup fennel seeds, 1 tbsp dry black raisins, 2 tbsp sugar, powdered, 1 tsp lemon juice, and 2 cups water
1. Grind fennel seeds into fine powder using a blender or a food processor jar.
2. Separately soak fennel seeds powder and raisins for 2-3 hours.
3. Strain the fennel seeds water with help of strainer in a bowl.
4. Grind the soaked black grapes and strain into the same bowl.
5. Mix well both fennel seeds water and black grapes mixture.
6. Adjust taste with sugar, salt, and lemon juice. Add water as per requirement.
Add few ice cubes (optional) and serve chilled.
