    Ingredients to make Veg Curd Sandwich:

    1 cup curd, 1 chopped onion, 1 tomato diced, 1 grated carrots, ½ capsicum chopped, 4 whole wheat bread slices, salt, 1 tbsp black pepper

    Steps to make Veg Curd Sandwich:

    1. In a bowl add curd and chopped veggies.

    2. Add in salt and black pepper. Mix well.

    3. Take two bread slices; spread some curd veggie mixture on one slice and cover with another slice. Apply butter on top.

    4. Grill it using electric grill or tawa.

    Serve it with homemade ketchup.
