    Ingredients to make Vegan Sagoo Payasam:

    1/3 cup sagoo, 3 cups soy milk, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon sliced pistachios, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

    Steps to make Vegan Sagoo Payasam:

    1. Wash and soak the sagoo for two hours.

    2. Boil the soy milk in a heavy bottomed pan. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes stirring occasionally.

    3. Add the sago and cook until soft and translucent, for about 4-5 minutes.

    4. Add sugar, cardamom, and pistachios and boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve hot or cool.
